5 WAYS TO USE THIS DECK

1️⃣ SOLO DAILY PRACTICE (15 Minutes)

Morning:

  1. Shuffle deck, draw one card
  2. Read the question
  3. Write answer (10-15 min) - be honest
  4. Identify one action for today
  5. Do it

Evening:

  • Did I do what I committed to?
  • What did I learn?
  • What's tomorrow's focus?

2️⃣ FOCUSED WORK (30-60 Minutes)

When you have a specific challenge:

  1. Choose the suit that matches your challenge
  2. Work through all cards in that suit (20-25 cards)
  3. Look for patterns in your answers
  4. Identify your 3-5 weakest cards
  5. Work those cards daily/weekly/monthly
  6. Track evidence of change

3️⃣ PARTNER ACCOUNTABILITY (45 Min Weekly)

With another leader:

  1. Each draw a card
  2. Answer together (10 min each)
  3. Partner challenges surface answers
  4. Report on last week's commitment
  5. Commit to action for next week

Rules: Be honest. Call bullshit. Demand evidence.

4️⃣ TEAM WORK (60-90 Minutes Monthly)

With leadership team (4-8 people):

  1. Each person draws from same suit
  2. Individual reflection (5 min)
  3. Small groups share and challenge (30 min)
  4. Whole group identifies patterns (20 min)
  5. Each person commits to one action
  6. Hold accountable next month

5️⃣ CRISIS RESPONSE (30 Minutes)

When facing impossible decision:

  1. Name the crisis specifically
  2. Draw 3-5 Pressure cards
  3. Answer each honestly
  4. Look for the pattern
  5. Make the decision
  6. Act within 24 hours

THE FIVE MARKS ASSESSMENT

Character baseline measurement:

Work all 25 Character cards, rate yourself 1-10:

  • Mark I (C1-C5): Vision Over Empire
  • Mark II (C6-C10): Own It
  • Mark III (C11-C15): Stay Hungry
  • Mark IV (C16-C20): Embrace Discomfort
  • Mark V (C21-C25): Build Others Up

Your lowest score = your transformation priority. Work those 5 cards for 90 days.

THE FOUR QUESTIONS

Foundation cards answer four critical questions:

  1. What world am I fighting for? (F1-F5)
  2. Who are my fellow rebels? (F6-F10)
  3. What's the narrative I'm telling? (F11-F15)
  4. How will I stay strong? (F16-F20)

Spend one month on these 20 cards (5 cards per week).

THE RESISTANCE REVEAL

Spread all 85 cards face-up. Pick the one you most want to avoid. That's your card for the week.

Your resistance is your development edge.

THE SUIT ROTATION

Monthly focus rotation through all four suits:

  • Month 1: Foundation (20 cards, 1 per day weekdays)
  • Month 2: Character (25 cards, 1 per day weekdays)
  • Month 3: Behaviours (20 cards, 1 per day weekdays)
  • Month 4: Pressure (20 cards, 1 per day weekdays)

Complete all 85 cards in 4 months. Repeat quarterly.

TRANSFORMATION PRINCIPLES

  • Evidence Over Insight - "I did X" not "I learned Y"
  • Discomfort Is Growth - Uncomfortable = exactly where you need to be
  • Action Beats Awareness - Do, then understand
  • Consistency Compounds - Daily practice > monthly deep dives
  • The Deck Won't Lie - It will expose you. That's the point.

WARNING SIGNS YOU'RE FAKING IT

  • Quick answers (2 min or less)
  • No discomfort from any card
  • All insight, no action
  • Can't prove behaviour changed
  • Skipping days/weeks
  • Defending/justifying when challenged

Get back on track: Pick one card. 7 days. One action daily. Document evidence.

30-DAY QUICK START

Week 1: Foundation

  • Draw one Foundation card daily (5 cards)
  • Write answer (15 min)
  • Take one action

Week 2: Character

  • Work cards C1-C10 (first two Marks)
  • Rate yourself on Marks I & II
  • Identify which is weaker

Week 3: Application

  • Draw from weakest suit daily
  • Focus on evidence
  • Share with accountability partner

Week 4: Pressure

  • One Pressure card every day (5 cards)
  • Identify crisis patterns
  • Create resilience protocol

After 30 days: Review journal. Measure change with evidence. Commit to next 90 days.

FAQ

How long until results?
Insight: immediate. Behaviour change: 30-90 days. Transformation: 6-12 months.
Do I work cards in order?
No. Random daily. Sequential for focused development.
What if I disagree with a card?
Your disagreement reveals something. Explore why.
What if I don't have 15 minutes daily?
Then you're not serious about transformation. Everyone has 15 minutes.
Can I skip cards I've done before?
No. You're different now. Your answer will be different.
How often should I work the full deck?
Annually at minimum. Quarterly for sustained transformation.
