Leadership consultancy, workshops and internal coaching for organisations that want their people to be the reason they win. Not a training day people forget by Friday. The work that changes how your leaders actually lead.
RAW Leadership is the framework underneath every conversation. Three forces most leaders try to manage, and end up suppressing instead.
Most leaders surround themselves with people who agree with them. It feels safe. It is actually fatal. The work begins by finding your fellow rebels, the ones who will tell you the truth, carry the load, and still be standing when things get hard.
There is a version of you leading from fear. Fear of being found out. Found wanting. Found human. Most leaders never face it. They just get better at hiding it.
Certainty feels like confidence. It isn’t. It is the moment you stop learning, stop listening, and become the leader everyone works around instead of following. The most dangerous person in any boardroom is the one who already knows the answer.

Ben’s insight blew me away. He helped me develop something I had never thought of. His guidance and passion were second to none. I cannot recommend this enough. You have to do this.
We saw exponential change. Six months ago, company culture was not even ranked in reasons to work here. Now it is nearly unanimous. We are on track to our best quarter in six years. Chance? I think not.
By day 3 he had fully woken me up to possibilities I had allowed to lay dormant. By day 5 I was in action and my mind had been blown. He is truly talented.
You tell Benjamin what is actually going on, not the version in the board pack. He tells you whether he can help. If he cannot, he says so on the call and points you somewhere better. No follow up sequence. No nurture emails.
For consultancy and coaching engagements, Benjamin comes to you before anything is signed. He meets the people involved and gets a feel for the room. Because a proposal written without meeting your people is a guess, and you should not pay for guesses.
One document. What we are doing, why, with whom, over what period, and what it costs. A fixed price for a defined scope. No day rate meters running. No surprise invoices for phone calls.
Delivery, in person, in your business. Every engagement ends with a straight review: what changed, what has not yet, and what you can carry forward without Benjamin in the building. The goal is always to not be needed.
Every engagement is scoped and priced as a fixed commitment before it starts. No meters, no creep. But more importantly, the real cost is your investment and time and courage to be honest and step into discomfort.
Thirty minutes with Benjamin, not a sales team. Bring the real problem, the one that does not go in the board pack, and leave with a straight answer about whether this work can help.
Bespoke, every time. The frameworks are proven; the content is built from your business, your people and your actual problems. Nothing arrives pre printed.
Keynotes, yes, in any size of room [link to speaking page]. The work on this page is different. Workshops are capped because behaviour change happens in small rooms where nobody can hide. If you want five hundred people inspired, book the keynote. If you want twelve leaders changed, book this.
Yes. Always. The work relies on reading a room, and rooms cannot be read through a screen.
Absolutely. What a leader says in a coaching session stays there. The organisation gets agreed themes and progress, never transcripts. Without that line, nobody says the true thing, and the true thing is what you are paying for.
Against outcomes we define together before we start: retention where it hurts, decisions made without escalation, the conversations that start happening, the ones that stop needing to. What you will not get is a happy sheet score. People rate comfortable sessions highly. Comfort is not the product.
Sometimes. A single session can start something real if the leadership team is ready to be honest. But one workshop does not change a culture, and Benjamin will tell you on the first call if what you are describing needs more than you have budget for, so you can decide with your eyes open.
Organisations shopping for a certificate, a compliance tick or a morale plaster over a decision leadership has already made. If the plan is redundancy in March, a culture workshop in February is not development, it is anaesthetic. Benjamin will decline that work.
