Then we reconvene and go deeper on the next rule.

Everything gets documented. Every accountability system, practice, and standard. This becomes your operating manual and source of truth when someone slips or new leaders ask “how do we operate?” It ensures transformation outlasts the 8 months and becomes simply how your team operates from now on.

The Champion Team Canvas

Your team’s visual operating system. Together, you map current reality against championship standards. Where are you 5/5? Where are you 2/5 and why? What closes each gap?
