Bespoke Individual Coaching
Between sessions, every team member gets personal coaching to implement commitments and work through resistance. This addresses leadership gaps and individual behaviours holding the team back. Some need encouragement, others need challenge. Everyone needs support to change how they operate. Group transformation only works when individuals transform.
